We’re pleased to announce that our inspections include over $100,000 in free warranty protection!
What does this mean to a new home owner?
In addition to the warranties we have included with our inspections in the past, we now include a FREE Structural Warranty with $100,000 coverage for 1 full year.
Heres a list of typical repairs that can be covered by the warranty
- Installation of Hydraulic Piers to raise a foundation
- Epoxy injections for cracks
- Repair or replacement of structural beams
- Repairs for broken roof framing
- Repair or replacement of load bearing walls
This also includes up to $500 in engineering fees.
As a reminder, this is in addition to our 90-Day Mechanical and Structural Warranty, Mold-Safe Warranty, 5-year Platinum Roof Protection, Recall Checks, Radon Protection Warranty, and SewerGard Warranty.
