We'll inspect every detail of the property. The inspection will be conducted in accordance with the ASHI Standards of Practice and the ASHI Code of Conduct by an ASHI CERTIFED INSPECTOR. Items such as:

Our inspectors are members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and are certified by Inspection Training Associates - the only ASHI endorsed home inspection school. We're also certified by the National Board of Professional Home Inspectors. Though Kansas and Missouri do not require licensing for home inspectors, this is the same examination board that is used in many of the 30 states that do administer certification/licensing exams to professional home inspectors. We're also a member of the Kansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (KAREI), a non-profit association of professional real estate Inspectors and affiliated members, dedicated to the ethical and professional development of the real estate inspection industry.
