If you're investing in REO property in the in the Kansas City Area, Crown Home Inspections can help you. Whether you've physically been to the property or not, the decision to purchase a distressed home can be difficult. Its important to find an unbiased party to give you an accurate view of condition of the home.

Reasons to Select Crown Home Inspections

Flexibility. If you're not able to attend the inspection, that gives us more flexibility in scheduling your inspection. This means that we can work your order into our schedule much sooner - often within 48 hours.
Thoroughness. All homes are inspected as if you were standing next to us. Our reports for investors typically include 40-50 pictures. We'll add more at your request, or include additional pictures of particular interest to you at no charge. Pictures of the surrounding houses are also included at no charge.
Responsiveness. All inspection reports are emailed to you in PDF format within hours of completion of the inspection - on the same day. After receiving the report, we're available for consultation and questions. Our desire is to make sure you fully understand the report and the conditions present.
Videos: At your request, Crown Home Inspections will record a DVD video of the property - inside and outside - to help you view the conditions of the property. A picture is worth a thousand words, but a video can tell you what words cannot. The cost for a video is $75. Within 24 hours, your video can be loaded on Youtube or a DVD can mailed to directly to you. (Video service is only available when ordered with a home inspection.)

Progress Inspections: As work progresses on any rehab work you're having done prior to rental/resale, periodic inspections of the work being performed can be done to help you keep track of your project. $125 per trip. Discounts available on multiple checkups.

Easy Ordering Process

To order your inspection, simply click the button on the right, or call us. We'll need the following information:

Your Name, phone number, and email address
Address of the property inspection
Name and phone number of a local contact to schedule the inspection
Identify which services you would like to order

Payment arrangements must be agreed upon prior to the inspection and can be made by check, cash or credit card. We also require your signature/confirmation on a standard inspection agreement that can be faxed or scanned/emailed back to our office. The inspection agreement will be emailed to you at the time of your inspection order and, for insurance reasons, must be completete before the inspection report can be released.
